Bridget Nielsen and her hybrid children

Kirk Nielsen and his daughter Bridget

I spoke with Bridget Nielsen for over an hour today. She has just started a website, Hybrid Children Community. I sought her out because of this video (above), I just found it so curious. All the elements in her story are things I have heard before from other people. The difference with her is that she is just so smiley about the whole thing. It left me more than a little curious. After talking with her, I am sort of shocked at the speed of the life events that brought her to this place, posting youtube videos of her experiences. What she is saying that I've heard from plenty of others. The fact that she is declaring it so publicly is what I find fascinating.

When I asked her about this on the phone, she simply replied, "I need to speak my truth."

Also, my middle name is Nielsen. This was my mother's maiden name.

an unsettling first-person talk on UFO contact

the out-of-print self-published book

This is an audio recording of a presentation by a man using the pen-name John Clark. I read the book and it is extremely strange and unsettling.

You can hear the shaky quality to his voice during this presentation. He seems fragile and uneasy. In the middle of this talk he sort of awkwardly says: "... and then I tried to end it all, and I found myself in a hospital." This dramatic remark says a lot about the intensity of his set of experiences.

I met John at the UFO conference where he made this unnerving presentation in 2008. My heart went out to the guy, he seemed deeply troubled by what had intersected with his life.

38 minutes

The book is out of print and there is almost zero on-line reference to his book or his experiences.

meeting your hybrid daughter in the isle at the Rite-Aid

a contibution to the overall pool of knowledge

This video details one incident about meeting two unusual people in the greeting card isle of a Rite-Aid drug store. I don't know anything about this man, but I'm grateful that he shared his story in such a thorough and thoughtful way. At one point he tells about a floating orb that enters his bedroom, a hand comes out and he touches it, and what follows is absolutely mystical.

There is no way I can vouch for his experiences, but I can say that what he shared is extremely common within the UFO contact experience.

The Allagash incident and the artist's memories

I briefly met Chuck Foltz and Jim Weiner while at the 2008 Laughlin UFO conference. These are two out of the four men involved with the Allagash Abduction event from August of 1976. I sat with them at the Starbucks within the casino that hosted the 8-day congress, they were both completely sincere and they seemed uncomfortable within the circus atmosphere of the conference.

I won't try to re-tell their overall experience, it's far too complex. Like any story of this kind, its a tangle of divergent threads that creates an extremely intricate narrative. Raymond Fowler's book is an excellent documentation of what seems to have happened.

I missed their presentation, but I purchased a DVD copy of their talk and watched it when I got back home. I was quite impressed with their presentation, but one thing struck me as extremely odd.

Chuck (left) told of one event that took place in 1993 while visiting a Jack Weiner (Jim's twin brother) in Vermont. He was sleeping on a mattress in the living room when he sat bolt upright, and had no idea why he was awake. He saw a bright light streaming in through one of the windows. Then he saw (approximately) eight gray aliens standing outside the window looking in at him. His reaction was to lay down in bed an put the covers over his head.

To better understand my reaction requires that I share a series of visuals. The first two illustrations are from Chuck, the following two are my own.

Encounter in 1993. Why is there light from the south?

The group looks in my direction.

My initial sketch of my menory,
this seems to recreate my waking to the bright light.

A sketch made in the summer of 2007,
as a way for me to define the memory.
__________________________________________________________

My experience from 1993 is described in detail HERE. There is a follow up post where I try to articulate the compulsive feelings of actually drawing the memory, it's posted HERE.

Below is a listing of similarities:
  • Like me, Chuck is also a skilled illustrator, and he drew two pictures of his memories.
  • Watching this presentation alone at my house was chilling. These two drawing, along with his re-telling, are quite close to my experience from the winter of 1993.
  • Both events took place in 1993.
  • Both our illustrations (a pair of them) seem very much the same. Even the way we did self portraits of our bald heads seems similar.
  • Both Chuck and myself woke for no reason, saw a bright light first, then saw a group of gray aliens out a window.
  • Both Chuck and myself had an odd reaction, to simply go back to sleep. .
  • My event took place in Maine, his took place in Vermont.

The above video is from an episode of Unsolved Mysteries. This is rare bit of television. The re-telling is surprisingly faithful to the story and it doens't feel in anyway exploitative.

John Keel talks about UFOs in 1966

Keel and Mosely

John Keel talks about UFOs and Aliens during a public talk in 1966. He is interested by Jim Mosley. Sadly Jim died just a few days ago.

28 minutes long
What leaves me impressed is how little has changed. There is an illusion that UFO research is chugging along on a linear track, and we continually learn and expand our ideas about the phenomenon. This is just an illusion, there has been very little forward progress. This talk from 46 years ago seems just as relevant (if not more so) than so much of the dialog that we hear today. Keel addresses this subject with a clarity and depth that I find fascinating.

Here is the original link from The UFO Chronicles.

audio conversation with Nadine Lalich

 author and contactee

Nadine has had a lifetime of direct contact with non-human entities. She is a strong voice for the  people who are having these direct experiences. This is a very serious subject and there are people out there who are suffering with profound challenges because of what they have experienced. Nadine is remarkably even-keeled given the intensity of what she's lived through, and that makes her testimony all the more compelling.

One click audio download HERE

a second option for listening / one hour and 55 minutes
___________________________________________________________

She wrote a book along with her therapist, Barbara Lamb, titled Alien Experiences. She shares her own first hand experiences as well as a series of other accounts from Barbra's files.

She did an hour long podcast shortly after the publication of the book where she shares some of her experiences (linked HERE). There are aspects of the contact memories on that audio interview that aren't covered in this more recent conversation.

You can find more at her website, Alien Experiences.
___________________________________________________________

Near the end of the interview I asked Nadine if she ever experiences synchronicity, here is a transcript of her reply:
Definitely more synchronicity in my life, more than ever before. They have escalated in the last 5 or 6 years, definitely escalated. Now, I don't know that I can attribute it to these events [UFO contact] in my life, but I do see it in my life.

It's as though, in general my life is escalating somehow, moving forward in an invisible way, elevating internally and externally.

I feel very deeply that something is in the works.
She gives a time frame she of 5 or 6 years where the synchronicities have escalated. This very closely matches the time that she began to deeply examine these events in her life, and later to come forward publicly with her experiences. The year of 2006 seems to be pivotal, it shows up in my research. I have heard this same thing from too many people and I am forced to conclude that this is not merely coincidence. I also get the sense that something is in the works.

owls and Jesus

The Man from Galilee

Hey look! Owls to the right and left of Jesus. This is a photograph of The Shroud of Turin. The ghostly impression of a bearded man has owls perched on his elbows! A reader named Greg Murphy pointed this out a little over an hour ago, this would have been while I was interviewing a extremely fascinating woman named Nadine Lalich. We talked about Owls, Jesus - and - she has a dog named Murphy!

I mean, that's an owl, right?
___________________________________________________________

The only other reference to "owls" and "The Shroud of Turin" I could find on the internet was at THIS awseome cartoon site. I spent about a minute using google, and this was all I found, along with my own post you're lookin' at. Owls seem to signify death, for sure.

I wrote more on this in a post titled:

123 and forum postings

Click on this image for a close-up view

The above image is from the PARATOPIA website forums. I did a screen grab in the summer of 2011. Not too long after that the entire forum archive was deleted.

Note the number 123. It appears in an emotionally charged place, at least for me.

The date on subject is wrong, it should read 09, that is the kind of mistake I make al the time. The last post was from Jeff Ritzman who, if I remember correctly, closed the thread; curiously on April Fools Day. He was one minute off from another 123. I think this was, for a while, the single most commented on thread on the Paratopia forums.

Here's the back-story. I was a guest on THE PARACAST (a different on-line radio show) in March of 2009, a show that David Biedny said was: "One of the most enjoyable episodes he's ever done." After that show went on-line I started a thread on both the PARACAST and the PARATOPIA forums to discuss the episode.

What followed in the next days (and weeks) was a shit-storm of meanness. Both forums took on a sort of one-upping of comments, each seemed more venomous than the one before it. I was called a delusional, a hoaxer, a liar, a name-dropper, a fabricator, a wanna-be-new-age-guru and a glorified star-f*cker.

Anyone who has dug into this blog will know that 2009 was a really volatile year for me. I was desperately trying to make sense of my experiences. I didn't try to hide that freaked-out anxiety, and it's sure present in the early posts on this blog. This was a messy time of high-strung emotions. You can hear that in my voice on that PARACAST episode, and (I suspect) it was that nervous energy that made listeners write such mean spirited stuff in both of those forums. I will add that some comments were quite supportive of my presence on the show.

It's worth noting that these forum postings seemed to parallel the emergence of a dark rift between David Biedney and the two hosts of PARATOPIA, and there was plenty of meanness welling up between them and I felt like I got caught in the middle of it. That may or may not be true, but some posts on both of these threads were about that tension, and not my performance.

A fellow blogger by the name of Kartot wrote a beautiful essay about why she was coming forward and sharing her personal experiences, she said she was inspired by my honesty and openness. She posted her feelings in the midst of the bitter ranting on the two forums. I read that almost by accident, a word I don't believe in anymore, and it came at the absolutely the most perfect time.

Kuba's Gallery of Aliens

a series of aliens illustrated by Kuba Szczepnski

Kuba SzczepaÅ„ski is an 18 year old young man living in Poland. He's been posting an incredible volume of alien illustrations on his facebook page. I some links to these tidy drawings over a year ago. In that time I have followed his work, and he continues to add even more to his site.

There are over 70 of Kuba's illustrations posted on a Picasa site, linked below (or HERE). This is just scratching the surface of what he's got loaded onto his Facebook page.

Next - Click on the Slideshow icon
in the upper left corner of the Picasa page.
___________________________________________________________

The thing that leaves me impressed about Kuba (seen at left) is just how many illustrations he's posted. I mean, there are a LOT of them! I am a professional illustrator so I feel like I have an insight into this process. There is something so tidy about his artwork, I am especially drawn to the sketches that show a series of beings all side by side, I just think these are wonderful.

When I look at Kuba's drawings, I simply marvel at the mystery of the creative process. What is the source of his inspiration? It would be easy to dismiss this as just some curious obsession, but there is something so lively and playful within these pages. I can very much relate to that spark. I am more than a little bit envious of the youthful energy I see so clearly in his artwork.

I sent Kuba some questions over email. I did minimal editing to tidy up his English.
Mike C: You turned 18 in July. You are very young to be so dedicated to the UFO phenomenon, what is your reason for your interest?
Kuba: Okay. So when I was younger, I was liking science fictions films, especially when they had humanoids with strange features, later I realized that I had an interest in paranormal phenomena. I was watching programs like discovery science. There was series devoted for spirits and other paranormal things. But finally, a UFO series appeared. Flying saucers, different abductions, I became interested in it. I have always believed in extraterrestrial intelligent life.

One day, when I was 7 or 8, me and my dad went to bookstore, finally I have found a book Alien Abductions by Philippa Wingate, it was cheap about 3 dollars (American). In that book were descriptions of eight famous UFO cases and several abductions. The book is illustrated and simple to understand.

I have read about UFOs generally on-line, that was 2002 or 2003, but there was not much information yet. My Interest of UFOs disappeared slowly.

Later, I began to explore the ins and outs of Ufology again. That was 2008, I have never had any idea that there are such creatures as Reptilians or Insectoids (I thought this is just Sci-fi imagination). Early on, all I had known were just Grays or Chupacabras and also beings from famous cases like Pascagoula, Hopkinsville, etc. That was something new for me. I became interested in beings which occur in flying objects and channeling visions. I thought about drawing, why not draw them? So I had started scribbling. The drawings were very basic, I remember at first, I had drawn a normal Grey wearing blue suit, later the reptilian and mantis (I think It is in my first alien album in FB). It was something?

I started to search in internet about CE III cases and drawings based on witnesses descriptions. Finally I had found a book cover By David Chace, A Visual Guide to Alien Beings. I had found David in the website called COUNTERPART, where he keeps his alien art. I said, I would like to do the same!

When as young boy, I couldn’t speak well in English but somehow we understood each other. David told me, that I should start to draw. That’s why I created the facebook account, I did it for everybody who wants to see my doodles, I didn’t know that there are so many people who are interested in it.

pencil on paper
I recognize many of your drawings from well known (and not so well known) cases. Are all your drawings based on reference from reports? Are some from your own imagination?
I am trying to choose rather unusual beings from known or less known cases. Most of the drawings are just redrawn copies, because in order to avoid troubles with copyrights. I have done a lot of re-drawings to make better quality version. There are many low quality drawings on the internet so I wanted to make them better. I am drawing also for people which can’t see sketches of aliens, some access is limited because pictures are in books which are out of print, or cost too much or were printed in other countries. When I find something on the net, I trying to draw it.
Yes some of my drawings are based on my research and knowledge about ETs.

Nobody really knows, how many witnesses of CE are telling the truth. So it’s unknown how many of my drawings are based on fact. It could be 90% or just 10%.
Have you ever seen a UFO?
No I had (probably) never seen any weird Object. Unless I didn’t know that it’s a UFO, I could looking at the sky and confuse a UFO with normal star. Also, I have never been (consciously) abducted (however, maybe I don’t know about something and that was when I was sleeping, although I doubt in that).
Here in America, the study of UFOs is a "fringe" topic. Anyone with an interest in UFOs will get laughed at. What is the attitude in Poland?
The UFO topic is laughed at in Poland, probably probably similar in each country. There are people which believe in extraterrestrial intelligence or not. Polish ufology had disappearing in 2005 when main UFO office in Poland released it’s last UFO magazine because there were not many people bought it.

There are just esoteric magazines, where there is only one UFO case every month for this while. Main polish ufologists had emigrated from this country. In Poland there are only 3 ufological groups (as I know), and known ufoligsts work alone.
Why do you post your illustrations on-line?
As I said, I am doing it for free, I don’t want to earn money for this. My payment is that people comes to me and view my sketches. I would like to gather everything and make free database or ebook for every who is interested. But for now it is just only my idea. For this while I have dozen of pages with chosen CE III in Polish language. Maybe when I finish school, I will do it. For now I haven’t got much time, study and different things, You know.
Beyond facebook, do you have a website?
At this moment I only have a blog, which I have started not so long ago in Polish. I am going to make a website with my drawings and descriptions, but for now this facebook account is the only place where everybody can see my drawings now.

abductee awareness

Fellow blogger Suzanne Chancellor just posted a recent personal experience. There is a lot going on and the threads seem to connect to a long list of emotional weirdness. Abduction, synchronicity, coming forward, facebook, meditation, messages from the great beyond, being born in 1962 - and love.

Her essay is linked HERE.

1234 and 11-11

from my stat counter

This morning I got both 1234 and 11-11 within the stat counter for this blog. 1234 is the number of hits it's received in the last week, and 11-11 is today's date (Veterans Day). The essay about HANGAR 18 has received a lot of hits because Red Pill Junkie linked it on The Daily Grail, and it looks like The Anomalist linked it after that.

the limitation of assumptions

I think the reality of what is going on is FAR STRANGER than the theories we've come up with. I think the idea of extraterrestrials is nowhere near as strange as what actually is.
      — Meghan

I agree completely. This quote arrived as part of a comment on a recent post about owls. It came from a young woman who has had her own set of very confusing experiences, and she managed to sum up this collective weirdness in two shining sentences.

I struggle with the tiny box that the ETH (Extraterrestrial Hypothesis) creates. Every time I use the word alien I feel a need to follow that up with a long-winded multi-sentence declarative statement like this:
That word implies something that may or may not be accurate, all the collective issues surrounding that feeble term are far too simplistic. We are trying to define what is probably undefinable. We are only getting fleeting glimpses from something behind the veil of the unknowable. We are doing a terrible disservice to our own fragile ideas by assuming that what is reported is an alien in the pop-culture sense of the word.
Instead, I just type or say alien and continue on. This always feels like a cop out.

Websters definition sez nuthin' about beings from another planet

a generation at the forefront

Dr. John Mack - 1929
Dr. Leo Sprinkle - 1930
Budd Hopkins - 1931
Raymond Fowler - 1933
There are four men who collectively had a huge impact on our definition of the UFO abduction. I realized that these guys were all born within four years of each other. This may mean nothing at all, but they represent a defined generation. It is hard to wrap my mind around what was accomplished by their dedication. Adjectives like pioneers and groundbreaking barely describe what they have done. Who among us will stand on the shoulders of these giants and continue this important work?

Judy Carroll, gray aliens and owls

UFO experiences and owls

More owl weirdness with people who claim direct UFO contact. I heard a really interesting interview with an Australian woman named Judy Carroll. She has had over 50 years of encounters with the Grays, or as she calls them, the Zetas. She has written a series of books describing conscious and positive communication with ETs.

I reached out to her because one of her books had an owl on the cover. Below is our back and forth email correspondence, edited slightly for clarity.
Hello Judy,

I just heard your interview with Randy Maugans, and then went to visit your site. I was immediately drawn to your book: Looking Through Eyes of Wisdom with the owl on the cover.

I have had a lot of experiences with owls as well as a confusing set of memories that point to some sort of UFO contact. So, I am intrigued any time I see an owl in the context of the UFO phenomenon.

I've seen a lot of owls - and I am confident that these are REAL owls and not screen memories. I’ve had sightings that go way beyond what would be normal. I have spoken to raptor biologists and they are genuinely perplexed at my experiences.

One theory is that the owls (again, real owls) are being used somehow, and the aliens are somehow using their telepathic skills to see thru the owl's eyes. The owls would be used as a sort of camera to look at me. They have excellent night vision, so the aliens perception might be quite clear. This is a nice theory.

The other idea that rings true to me is that the owls are part of a shamanic initiation of some sort.
peace to you,
Mike C

_______________________________________________
Hi Mike,

Yes, the owls are real – there’s no doubt about that. In my experience one flew in under our house, which was a ‘Queenslander-style’ up on stumps but almost completely enclosed underneath... This owl had been hanging around our property for about 3 days, despite dogs, cat and horses loose everywhere, and every time I stepped outside it was right there on the fence, staring at me.
On the third day I was sitting under the house reading a book when the owl flew in through a narrow doorway and came to perch on a rafter directly above my head. I’m a bit scared of birds, so I ran for my life, book held over my head for protection! I then waited outside watching both doorways, waiting for the owl to fly out – but it never did. Finally I summoned up my courage and went back in, but there was no sign of it, and it never returned.
I agree with both of your suggestions, that the ETs are using their telepathic skills to look through the owls’ eyes, and also that there’s shamanic symbolism there as well, but with the Zetas there are always 3 reasons/explanations.

The third one is – the Zetas are expert ‘shape-shifters’ and can easily appear as a very real owl, or whatever, if they need to. They seem to prefer animals that resemble themselves, that is, ones with large eyes or at least good night vision eyes.
Cats are another favourite with them, and in fact my Zeta teacher placed part of his own essence into a cat that adopted me a few years ago. Whenever he wanted to connect, this cat would come right up close to my face and stare into my eyes, and her eyes would become totally black, with no yellow color showing, and this enormous love would just pour out of her and engulf me totally
Best wishes,
Judy

The number three repeats itself in her message. The owl was watching her for three days. Three explanations. This ties into my (repeated) sightings of three owls. The idea about aliens seeing through the eyes of owls came from a comment left by Whitley Strieber in one of my very first blog posts, and I write about it HERE.

I recommend the two-hour long interview with Judy and Randy Maugans on his podcast series Off-Planet Radio.

Hangar 18 and predictive weirdness

the final film of the 1970's

I just watched the 1980 movie Hangar 18. It's a cheesy reworking of the Roswell story where the Air Force gets a hold of a crashed flying saucer. This movie was recommended by Christopher Knowles through a series of posts in THE SECRET SUN where he digs into this odd little film. These essays are required reading, linked below:
~ An in depth review of Hangar 18
~ Gary Collins, the star of Hangar 18
I was fascinated by what Knowles had to say, but I want to add a few more thoughts.

Hangar 18 was released in 1980, and this was a decisive year for the mythos of crashed UFOs. Even though the supposed event near Roswell New Mexico took place in 1947, it was effectively unknown to the public until it re-emerged in 1980. In February that year, The National Enquirer ran an interview with Jesse Marcel, a key witness who claimed to handle some of the wreckage. This introduced the Roswell incident to the world.

Researcher Terry Hansen states that a former CIA psychological warfare agent created the National Enquirer as a way to discredit UFO reporting.

The first book on the subject, The Roswell Incident by Charles Berlitz and William Moore was published in 1980.

1980 was the same year that IN SEARCH OF (a television series hosted by Lenard Nimoy) aired an episode titled UFO Cover-Ups. This examines charges that the Air Force is hiding alien corpses and the remains of crashed space craft in Hangar 18 at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio.

On one level, Hangar 18 is a buddy film where two astronauts work together to try to unravel a mystery, echoing both 2001 and I Dream of Jeanne.

The parallel plot line features a crew of scientists, under the direction of Darren McGavin (Kolchak: The Night Stalker). They are in charge of researching the crashed UFO. They examine the dead pilots of the crashed UFO only to find that they are essentially human. They also decipher documents on board the mysterious ship, and they come to the conclusion that these UFO occupants made an appearance here on earth at the dawn of human history. These aliens were seen as Gods, they interbred with human women and they orchestrated the evolutionary leap that created modern humans. And, these former Gods were about to come back in a mass world wide landing.
(There is a transcription of Darren McGavin's histrionic monologue where he shares the secret history of the aliens, it's at the bottom of this post)
So, there you have all the key plot points at the core of the Ancient Astronaut Theory (AAT). These same ideas were at the core of Erich von Däniken's CHARIOTS OF THE GODS. This immensely popular book was first published in 1968, the same year as 2001: A Space Odyssey as well as Planet of the Apes. These two sci-fi films explore the AAT and the evolutionary leap that created modern humans.

This parallels a secret Air Force report seen in 1983 by reporter Linda Moulton Howe, more on that below.

Spoiler alert:
The film Hangar 18 culminates with government officials at the highest levels making the decision  to destroy all the evidence of their cover-up. They have their underlings fill a jet plane with explosives and then fly that plane using remote controlled "joystick" technology right into Hangar 18. These same plot points are at the heart of the darkest conspiracies from the events of 9-11.

A remote controlled plane flying into a building? This concept was seen again in the pilot episode of The Lone Gunman, a spin-off from The X-Files. This episode was aired on March 4th 2001, just months before the actually events on September 11th. Christopher Knowles explores the what might be the source of this extremely weird predictive programming in an excellent essay on The Secret Sun, linked HERE. Let me add that this was posted on my 50th birthday.

This movie started it all, in 1970.

Reporter Linda Moulton Howe had a very strange experience in 1983. It seems she was allowed to read a super secret Air Force report while in preparation for a documentary on UFOs.

The document that Howe saw could very well have been written by Darren McGavin from what he learned in the movie Hangar 18. Here is a link to a good article on what happened to Howe and what she saw in that report.

This Air Force document
included a long list of UFO weirdness:
~ Two different retrievals near the region of Roswell, NM, one in 1947 and another in 1949. The second crash resulted in the captures of a live Extraterrestrial that was taken by an Air Force officer to Los Alamos National Laboratories. The document said that the creature communicated telepathically and was held captive until 1952 when it died of unknown causes.
~ Other crashes listed were Kingman, AZ, Aztec, NM, Loredo, TX, and a place in Mexico just south of the border.

~ Extraterrestrials had manipulated DNA in an already evolving primate species to create Homosapiens.

~ Another paragraph went on to state that 2000 years ago the Extraterrestrials had created a being to put on this planet to teach homosapiens about love and non-violence. When Howe read this she said out loud “Are we talking about Jesus Christ?” Howe say that Air Force representative (Sgt. Richard Doty) in the room with her did not say a word, but that he turned red.
~ A secret project code-named Garnet was listed as having answered all questions and mysteries about the evolution of Homosapiens on this planet. (Curiously, Garnet is Linda Moulton Howe's birthstone)
~ Another issue was that Howe was told that she could use film footage from the vaults of the Air Force that was "Extraterrestrial related." This footage would be featured in the documentary she was producing. The chance to feature this elusive footage got the executives at HBO excited, but at the last moment the Air Force reneged on it's offer, and the entire documentary project fizzled. Howe believes that this was a tactic by the Air Force to stop her documentary from being made.
So, we have a reporter being shown a secret document by the Air Force in 1983, the conclusion is that they wanted this information floated out to the public. Three years earlier we have the movie Hangar 18 "floating" out the same information in the guise of an action film. Please note that Hangar 18 had the blessing an cooperation of NASA, and this is odd because this low budget movie is sort of dopey and it certainly paints NASA and the Air Force as a sinister bunch of secret keepers.

Now, I trust that Howe actually read this a document exactly as she claims. The real question would be if the information within the document is actually true. Researchers who study disinformation will state that in order for it to be effective it needs to be interspersed within REAL information.

Here is an article by Alejandro Rojas where he writes about Linda Moulton Howes' experience with the Air Force in 1983, and here's an audio interview with Howe on the same subject.

I know of two other similar stories where the Air Force promised exclusive film footage of UFOs to documentary film makers, only to withdraw it's offer in the final moments of the production. One offer went to Walt Disney in 1952. The other was Bob Emenegger, who's film credits include the music for Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp (again, the chimpanzee as a "Link" in human evolution).

The speech about ancient aliens
worshiped as gods

There is a very odd sermon-like monologue within the movie HANGAR 18. It feels less like a scriptwriter's imagination and more like it was planted in there by someone with an agenda. Below is a transcription of this heavy-handed bit of this dialog, delivered by the every-hammy Darren McGavin. Note how this paralles into the document that Linda Moulton Howe was shown in 1983. The time count matches the youtube video at the top of this post.

[start time 1: 06: 20]

Darren McGavin as Harry Forbes enters the conference room with a manilla folder filled with papers. Serious looking assistants are seared around the table.

Darren McGavin: Council has deciphered the alien's language. This is a translation of a document found aboard the space craft. Now the translation is very rough and it's incomplete but if what we can read is true, and there's no reason to doubt that it isn't. Then all of the previous information that we have had about the origin of mankind and the human race is absolutely false!

Man: What are you talking about here?

Darren McGavin: This is a report of a previous visit of the spacemen to earth. This report speaks of the capture the training and the use of certain "animals" as slaves, both male and female, the slave worshipped them as gods,

Man: Then what they refer to as "animals" were pre-humans?

Darren McGavin: Yes. The report also speaks to the fact that the female slaves found it a great honor to be chosen to live with and to bear the offspring of the gods.

Woman: Good Lord.

Darren McGavin: You see, it's no coincidence that the spacemen are almost identical to us. It is not, Sarah, a cace of two species developing - evolving - independently of each other. Those ancient spacemen altered forever our evolution. They are the missing link.

Scientist in lab coat: Do you know what you are saying?

Darren McGavin: Yes. We, mankind, the human race, are their children!

(dramatic pause, music rises, thoughtful expressions)

What me must find out now is why they are monitoring us, why they are watching us.
