This is becoming a pattern. I will talk to folks, often friends I haven't seen in a while, and I'll fill them in on my book project. The topic will turn to owls and I'll ask them, "Have you seen any owls recently?" They'll reply, "Yes, just yesterday." Then they'll then describe a curiously close up sighting of an owl less than 24 hours earlier.
I'll think for a moment and then tell them, "I think maybe that was because of me."

Synchro. No cause and effect. It's meaningful to you, the observer/participant. You're onto something here, Mike.
I saw an owl recently. area near my apartment.

Defining Me
Playing Devil's advocate here, have you tried talking to people who live in areas where there are no owls?
Fist off, there are very few places where there are no owls. I have friends in Antarctica, but no news from them.
If a sychronicity wants to emerge, it will find a way.
I was asking a Navajo police officer about the cultural aspects of owls in his culture. He shared a lot of what I already knew. As we talked a cute girl walked by with a big owl graphic on her t-shirt.
I looked at the guy and said, "See what my life is like."
Anyway - This post was short, I don't want to imply *too* much into these lesser mini-syncs. I just wanna document them.
In the post above, I even wrote "I think maybe," because I certainly don't *KNOW* that this was orchestrated by those pesky unseen forces.
Mike C!
So, Hooters IS an alien front. I am obligated to investigate this further!

Hooters, indeed...maybe owls, with their big eyes, resemble nothing so much as a pair of breasts. They do seem to preoccupy most men. For the record, here: I do not see breasts when I see an owl...but I'm female!
