Whenever I receive an email of an unusual owl account, I'll create a document with the text. Then I continue adding to it with each new email reply. This system helps keep my ever growing flood of reports a bit more organized.

The image above shows the word count for a document I added to this morning. I pay attention to these small number synchronicities, although I am not sure what it truly means.
