Betty and Barney Hill are not the first documented abduction case. If the stories about fairies are to be believed, then it has been going on for a long time. (Some rock art paintings are said to be depictions of aliens in space helmets and suits, as well, although it can be debated what is actually being represented in these strange creatures.)Elvee Kayehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09062863555965835644noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455216065351371692.post-66399111322173415632014-12-08T19:57:07.780-08:002014-12-08T19:57:07.780-08:00You took the words right out my mouth, at the end ...You took the words right out my mouth, at the end i said that was powerful !!! And I agree with you Mike, that she was very brave in coming forward as an experiencer. Although part of me can't help wondering whether the seemingly independent insistence to do so by unrelated parties, was actually a clever deception by the phenomenon itself, in order to discredit her even further.

They promised her more revelations in exchange from her own. Maybe they won't respect their end of the bargain...Red Pill Junkiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14738203580562140501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455216065351371692.post-34861187385291849412014-11-28T13:47:27.872-08:002014-11-28T13:47:27.872-08:00Unlike most of her critics, I don't think Kath...Unlike most of her critics, I don't think Kathleen is particularly unscientific in her research, but I do perceive a clear bias in her treatment of the abduction phenomenon. Why makes her so certain that we're dealing with Extraterrestrials? Why make the distinction between 'ET experiences' VS 'Paranormal experiences', when they could very well be one and the same? The seeming differences just caused by our particular worldview.

Just as James Fox and other researchers look at the abduction phenomenon as "going too far," perhaps Kathleen's ETH bias would make her react the same way if she encountered experiences stories in which a plethora of phenomena were deeply intertwined --Bigfoot encounters, ghostly apparitions, fairy sightings, etc.

In that regard, she *is* somewhat unscientific, because she's allowed herself to reach a certain conclusion, and approach the research from there, instead of letting the research lead you wherever it may be with an absolute lack of preconceptions.

Red Pill Junkiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14738203580562140501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7455216065351371692.post-21048565616451075402014-11-28T09:38:09.193-08:002014-11-28T09:38:09.193-08:00What an absolute treat this interview was: two of ...What an absolute treat this interview was: two of the nicest, most trustworthy voices in the whole field (IMHO) having a fascinating conversation.
